Indiraben Cunnington, President
Born in Nairobi, Kenya, Indiraben arrived to the UK in 1973. Now retired, Indiraben specialised in acturial benefits. A keen walker & swimmer, Indiraben practices North Indian classical music as well as being an avid volunteer in the community.
“I love the Indian culture and the Indian way of life. I am keen to see the Lohana community in Birmingham retain our values and unity and would like to promote greater youth participation and involvement.”

Born in Arua, Uganda, Jiteshbhai arrived to the UK in 1973. An I.T. professional with his own consulting business, Jiteshbhai’s business takes him globally to some of the largest organisations in the world. In his spare time, Jiteshbhai is a devoted father to his son and daughter, as well as being president of Birmingham Handsworth Lions Club. When time permits, he is a keen volunteer in his community,
Sanjay Khiroya, Treasurer
Born in Moshi, Tanzania, Sanjaybhai arrived to the UK in 1979. Now retired, Sanjaybhai used to be managing director of Galaxy Connect and NVEE. In his spare time, Sanjaybhai is a devoted family man who likes Yoga,golf gardening and walking his dog.
